How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact us at hello@feen.ai within 7 days of your purchase date. Please include your account email address and purchase details in your request.
Once we receive your refund request, we'll process it within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account.
Eligibility
Our 7-day refund policy applies to all subscription purchases. The 7-day period begins from the date of your initial purchase or subscription activation.
Please note that refunds are only available for the most recent billing cycle. If you've been subscribed for multiple billing periods, only the most recent payment is eligible for refund under this policy.
After the 7-Day Period
While our standard refund policy covers the first 7 days, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Cancellation vs. Refund
Please note that canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. If you cancel your subscription, you'll continue to have access to Feen until the end of your current billing period, but you won't be charged again. Canceling does not automatically trigger a refund.
